A ‘dead body’ found on a beach in Thailand turned out to be an ultra-realistic sex doll worth £469
Horrified beachgoers came across the ‘naked corpse’ on Bang Saen beach in the Thai Province of Chonburi, about 100km east of Bangkok, on August 18.
It looked like a naked woman was lying dead on the shore with only a t-shirt over her head.
Paramedics and police rushed to the scene after receiving panicked calls, expecting to be met with a dead body.

Instead they came across the sex doll, allegedly a Japanese model ‘AV Idol’, which is estimated to cost THB 20,000 (£469).
Photos show the doll washed up on the beach with a naked leg clearly visible.
Police believe it was originally left in a river and floated down into the sea.
